Enterprise AI visibility, brand by brand
One account, every brand and market you run. Custom prompt volume, custom regions, white-label reports for your stakeholders or clients, and API access to pull the data into your own stack.

Definition
What does enterprise AI visibility tracking include?
Enterprise AI visibility tracking covers every brand, region and sub-brand your organization runs from one account, with custom prompt volume, custom regions, white-label reports and API access.
A single-brand tracker works for one team watching one brand in one market. An enterprise runs several: parent brand and sub-brands, multiple product lines, or the same brand tracked across different countries with different buyer questions in each. The tracking method is the same AI visibility tracking, run at the scale an enterprise actually operates at.
Fewer clicks now reach websites at all. When a Google AI summary appears, users click a traditional result in 8% of visits, against 15% without one (Pew Research Center, July 2025). That shift hits every brand in a portfolio, not just the flagship one, which is why tracking needs to cover the whole portfolio, not a single brand page.

What you see
The same four numbers, split by brand and market
Every brand and region in the account gets the same four numbers: how often it is named, its share of all brand mentions, the tone used about it, and its average position.
- Brand visibility: the share of AI answers that name each brand, across its own buyer questions.
- Share of voice: each brand's mentions against every brand mentioned in the same answers.
- Sentiment: a 0 to 100 score of how AI talks about each brand.
- Position: where each brand appears in the list when it is named.
Switch between brands in the account, or compare them side by side. A white-label report link lets you share one brand's numbers with that brand's own stakeholders without exposing the rest of the account. See how competitors compare on the competitors and sources page.
Why a portfolio needs one account, not several
Why enterprises outgrow a single-brand tool
A portfolio of brands or markets needs custom prompt volume per brand, consistent tracking across regions, and one place to report the numbers, not a separate subscription per brand.
Running each brand on its own single-brand account means separate logins, separate bills, and no shared view across the portfolio. An enterprise account keeps every brand's buyer questions, competitors and regions in one place, with the prompt volume sized to how many brands and markets are actually in play, not a fixed per-brand cap.
Markets matter as much as brands: an AI assistant can name a different set of brands for the same question asked from a different country. Google is explicit that its own AI surfaces already vary by context:
“AI Mode and AI Overviews may use different models and techniques, so the set of responses and links they show will vary.”
Howseen tracks each brand on its own schedule (daily on Business) across the markets you configure, and keeps the history so stakeholders compare dates, not a one-off snapshot. The detail per engine is on the AI engines page.
One account, every brand you run
Custom prompt volume, custom regions, white-label reports. Tell us how many brands and markets, and we size the account.
How it works
How an enterprise account is set up
One account, sized to how many brands and markets you actually run, not a per-brand subscription you have to multiply.
- 1. Brands and markets. You add each brand and the regions to track for it. Buyer questions, competitors and prompt volume are set per brand, so a small regional label and a flagship brand do not share the same list.
- 2. The runs. Each brand runs on its own schedule and engines (daily on Business). New questions you add are launched right away, without waiting for the next run.
- 3. Reporting. Visibility, share of voice, sentiment and position, broken out per brand and per market. A white-label report link for each brand, for stakeholders or clients who do not need a login.
- 4. Integration. Data is available to your own tools through the Howseen MCP server and API, included on Business and Enterprise, so the numbers can feed a BI dashboard or an internal assistant instead of staying in a report.

Questions, answered
How do I track AI visibility across multiple brands at once?+
Each brand gets its own buyer questions, competitors and regions inside one enterprise account. Howseen runs them on a schedule and records every answer, so you compare brands side by side instead of juggling separate logins and bills. You can try the single-brand version free for 3 days with the free trial (cancel in 1 click).
How many brands and markets can one enterprise account track?+
As many as you run. Buyer questions, competitors and prompt volume are set per brand, and you add the regions to track for each one. We size the account once we know how many brands and markets are in play.
