What does an AI citation tracker show?+
It shows the real domains an AI assistant cited while answering buyer questions about your keyword, ranked by how often each one came up, not just whether your brand was mentioned.
Is this real or simulated?+
Real. The questions are sent to Claude (by Anthropic) with web search on, and we count the citations it actually returned. ChatGPT and Gemini can cite different sources for the same topic.
How do I use the results?+
The top-cited domains are the publishers already shaping the AI's answer in your category. Getting mentioned, reviewed, or quoted on them is a more direct path to an AI citation than a generic SEO page.
Why do the cited sites change?+
AI answers are not fixed: the sources cited can change from one run to the next. Tracking the same keyword over time shows which domains keep coming back.
